1. Account Registration & Access
- Users must log in using their official NOVAR account—no external accounts or third-party logins are allowed.
- The account information must be accurate. Any fraudulent or unauthorized access will result in account suspension.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. NOVAR is not liable for any unauthorized transactions due to compromised accounts.
2. Payment Terms (Strictly No Refunds Policy)
- All payments for Learning Hubs, advertising, and partnerships are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued, regardless of:
- User dissatisfaction with content
- Lack of academic improvement
- Accidental purchases
- Missed or unused learning opportunities
- If a payment fails due to technical issues on NOVAR’s side, our team will attempt to resolve the issue, but no refunds will be provided.
3. Learning Hub Payments
- Payments for Learning Hubs grant access to educational content only.
- NOVAR does not guarantee academic improvement, and learners are responsible for their own progress.
- Once a payment is processed, access is granted for the selected period. No credits, transfers, or extensions will be offered unless NOVAR initiates a system-wide change.
4. Advertising & Partnerships
- Brands and businesses must submit a request via StudentPort.co.za before advertising.
- NOVAR reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement that does not align with its mission and values.
- Partnership requests will be evaluated individually, and NOVAR holds the right to decline collaborations at its discretion.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
- StudentPort.co.za uses high-level encryption to protect payment transactions and user data.
- Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing account access with unauthorized users
- Attempting to bypass payment systems
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, chargebacks, or false claims
- Any attempt at fraud will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
6. Data Privacy & Protection
- StudentPort.co.za collects necessary user data for payment processing and account verification.
- User data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for legal or security purposes.
- Users agree that all submitted personal and payment details are accurate and truthful.
7. Platform Availability & Liability
- While NOVAR aims for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that StudentPort.co.za will always be available due to maintenance, server failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
- NOVAR is not liable for any financial losses due to website downtime or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
8. Termination & Policy Updates
- NOVAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of StudentPort.co.za implies agreement with the latest version.
